Her extensive service in ministry spans across multiple roles, including Women's Assistant Pastor, Women's Ministry Leader, Zone Minister, Marriage and Family Advisor, Armor Bearer, Hospitality Administrator, and Event Planning Coordinator. Across these diverse areas, Shawnnette’s gifts in leadership and exhortation inspire individuals to progress from their current circumstances to places of growth and recognition. Her passion lies in liberating women from self-sabotaging behaviors and guiding them toward living victorious, fulfilling lives.

Beyond her ministry work, Shawnnette brings over 20 years of managerial leadership experience in finance and banking. Her professional background encompasses leadership training and development, compliance regulation, fraud prevention and investigation, customer service, and retention. Throughout her career, she has earned the trust and respect of colleagues, customers, clients, employees and peers alike, serving as a counselor, advisor, mentor, and friend to many. Shawnnette’s unwavering dedication to both her faith and professional endeavors reflects her holistic commitment to inspiring and uplifting others.
